I'm not quite ready to say that I would recommend your Dealership. My SSR was brought in for a tranny leak and the pan gasket was replaced in addition to having the Frontend aligned and the wheels your Dealership. The car has continued to leak, so it is now awaiting a re-built tranny. My observation is that the Service Writing Department is not customer focused. With the exception of one lady Service Writer (I apologize that I do not know her name, but that her "station" is to the rear and to the far right), there is no greeting, even when you have an appointment. Customers enter the door and there's no "may I help you", only conversation when the customer speaks first. In particular with John, I walked in for my appointment at 10:00 and had to wait until he finished with the previous customer (that's OK), I explained that the car was still leaking; he printed out an order and said, "we'll call you and asked if I had a ride...that was it. However, when he calls to inform me what the repairs will cost, then "he comes to life" and is very friendly! And, while I was waiting in the Service Department and talking to John, my ride, my wife, was looking seriously at a $33,000 Equinox just outside of the Showroom; she even opened the door and was checking out the interior; and no one ever approached her about her interest so she returned to our car and waited for me instead..... We later that day bought a new $40,000 Ford Edge from Kendall Ford! I hope that this feedback will be constructive for your future business. More

During a recent trip to the service department, where my TrailBlazer's problem was quickly diagnosed and easily managed, I ended up spending some time with Mr. Crawford in sales. He was courteous, perceptive, and not remotely pushy. We were so impressed with the vehicle he showed us, we left with a (great!) new car. This is the sixth car I've purchased from a dealer and the experience was dramatically more enjoyable than any other purchase. An absolutely superior visit. Doesn't hurt that it's my favorite (four-wheeled) vehicle yet! More
I'd been on the market for a while searching for a used, decently priced vehicle that wasn't already three wheels in the grave. I'd heard some great things and read some excellent reviews on this Peterson dealership so I decided to give it a go. Walked in not really knowing what I was doing or what to expect. I was immediately helped and directly to Jon, we test drove a few cars and settled on a great little Chevy with low miles for an excellent price. The process was fast and was explained every step of the way. Terry and Ray were available to answer any of the questions I had and I walked out satisfied and completely happy with my purchase. I couldn't be more pleased with my car or the dealership :) Thanks guys! More
On October 10, 2013, my husband and I needed a new vehicle. This was our very first car buying experience, and we had no idea what we were in for, nor what to do. We worked with John Z, whom was so patient and kind with all of our questions and concerns, even on the multiple calls I made in between our visits to the dealership. If he was not available, he was prompt in returning the call and ensuring I got the correct answers. We had a rough patch for a day, due to a misunderstanding, and John worked all day long with Terry, and had the problem corrected no problem by the end of the day, as if it never happened. I know that if we had gone to another dealership, they would have told us "our bad, good luck with that". I highly recommend this dealership to any of our friends and family, and have expressed how happy I am with them and the team for taking care of us. Thank you all!! More

So, when it was time to purchase a new car, I was not thrilled to say the least. When we met Scott, he was very friendly and very personable. He wanted to know what my husband and I were looking for and helped us get what we wanted. He was very honest and I believe he gave us the best deal on our Traverse. He was also very thorough in walking us through the features on our Traverse so we left knowing everything about the vehicle. To say the least, my husband and I ended up having a great experience purchasing a vehicle! Thank you! More

From the first phone call requesting an appointment, Heather makes sure that it is on my timeframe. She goes above and beyond in making sure she understands everything that concerns me. She asks additional questions to make sure that all issues are resolved. She always takes time to ask how my day is going, and how my family is. It makes a customer feel welcome and shows that she cares about me as a person as well as a customer. Peterson should be so thankful to have her as an employee. It is because of Heather, and her representation of Peterson, that they have my business. More

I went in on a Busy Saturday and traded two cars and bought a new Tahoe and the whole thing took just over one hour. Great Job! Your service associate was rude, impatient, condescending and not very helpful. I spent $100 just to have you guys hook a scanner to my truck and when I didn't schedule the service right then to fix what was and not very helpful. I will not return for service nor will I recommend your establishment to anyone else. More
