We also decided to base our purchase decision on the dealership as we know from past experience that how the dealership treats you is also a standard of how they will continue to treat you for the life of your vehicle. We found Peterson Chevrolet Buick Cadillac to be an outstanding experience with a very large inventory to choose from. From the initial contact with Nick Perner who assigned us to Scott Curtis as our customer representative, they both had listened to my initial request to allow us to evaluable the vehicle on our own without being the stereotypical pushy car salesman. Nick even allowed us to test drive the vehicle on our own to go out to lunch in the area. Scott Curtis greeted us at the entrance when we came in with two cold bottles of water (it was a hot day) and the vehicle was out and ready for the test drive, even though it had rained that morning, the vehicle was clean with not a spot on it. Scott let us know that the low fuel light would come on but we would still have 50 miles before we actually ran out of fuel. It was so nice to be able to test drive the vehicle without someone yapping in our ear or trying to do the hard sell. Scott also listened to us when we told him that we never make a large purchase on the spot without at least thinking/sleeping on it (24 hour rule) and let us know if we had any questions we could call him at any time. Purchasing and Receiving Based on the great people, test drive comparison and the dealership atmosphere, we decided to go with Peterson Chevrolet Buick Cadillac and we have had no regrets or second thoughts at all. The Cadillac ATS is a joy to drive and we are extremely happy with our purchase and partnership with Peterson Chevrolet Buick Cadillac. Terry Taylor in Finance was extremely thorough and there were no surprises during the signing process. All too often you get in to sign the paperwork and there's always surprise charges that you were not made aware of. He explained the warranty program and other financial information without making it too confusing or trying to hide things which we greatly appreciated. Scott Curtis made sure the vehicle was cleaned, fueled and ready for acceptance. We inspected the entire vehicle and he sat inside with us to explain ALL of the controls and menus on the vehicle and how to set things up and customize to our settings otherwise we would have driven out of there completely baffled by CUE and dashboard controls. Service and Follow Up We had to bring our vehicle in several days later for the follow up Xzlyon coating and Debbie Hartwell in the Service Dept. was extremely knowledgeable and was able to perform the two outstanding service calls on the vehicle that didn’t require any parts. Scott Curtis was kind enough to provide us a nice loaner car while our vehicle was in for service for the whole afternoon. I would highly recommend Peterson Chevrolet Buick Cadillac to anyone who wants to be treated with respect and provided the attention to detail and outstanding customer service that is the hallmark of an outstanding dealership. We recently purchased a new 2013 Chevy Sonic LT from the Peterson Dealership. We had been looking around for one for awhile but weren't able to find a good car and deal combination. There we were able to get a car even better than what we had originally wanted for an affordable price. Also, we were able to get a good price for our trade in and the customer service could not have been better. It was very nice to not have any hostile or pushy feelings when we were purchasing our car. If Cesar had not been as genuine as he was we could've easily gone somewhere else, so we're very happy with how everything worked out. He did an excellent job and I would recommend him to anyone. It's very nice to work with a military appreciative company. Our trip couldn't have been better! More

I know how important this is to someone my age and above because I provided customer service to clients 60 and above (mostly in their 70's, widowed or widowers). Jon spent the day with me, taking me on a mountain test drive and finding potholes to test ths SUV's capability. Jon gave me his home phone # in case I needed to talk. No dealer has ever done that before. I took advantage and phoned him twice. He was very patient with me and quieted my concerns. Jon has shown me there are car salesman who really care about their customers after the deal is done. In addition he has helped me tremendously with trying to get my paperwork in order so I can return to sunny Florida. My wife and I have been looking for a Buick Encore for a little while now. We live in Spokane and could not find the color combination we wanted. A search on the internet resulted in us finding Peterson Bui little while now. We live in Spokane and could not find the color combination we wanted. A search on the internet resulted in us finding Peterson Buick. They had the color combo we wanted so we contacted them. Through a few emails and a couple of calls we had the entire deal worked out, including trade in. We drove down the following weekend and finished the paperwork. Honestly we thought there would be some haggling once we got there but there wasn't. They honored the deal that we made during the previous week. We esentially only had paperwork to deal with and that also went very quickly. I dont think the whole transaction took us more than an hour and a half. The 400+ mile drive was worth it and we would look to do business with them in the future. It's too bad all dealerships dont take their lead in providing excellent customer service. More
Hi my husband and I came in with a loan already approved through Capital One. I did not have the loan papers on me yet. We borrowed the vehicle during that time so that we can test drive plus get to the appointment on time. When we go back the sales rep stated that the loan officer had a few questions and he could get them on the phone. I got on the phone and I was surprised by what I was told. It was Wells Fargo and not Capital One. The finance department at the dealership stated that he talked to Capital One and the interest rate was going to be 17% and not the 10% that we were told so they ran our credit. I did not authorize the credit check. I took the sales rep and finance departments word. I later called and talked to Capital One and they stated it was not true. The reason why the interest rate was higher is because the dealership called in and did not wait until the loan papers where sent in. I called the dealer ship and asked them about it. The loan officer stated that he would look into it and call back. I never received a call. I feel that they just wanted to sell a car and not build a relationship. I would not recommend the lot or dealer to anyone because of this treatment and customer service. Thank you, Teresa More

In this case, we were very pleasantly surprised. Jon Zwainz was excellent -- very knowledgeable and helpful and not at all pushy. The finance department was also excellent and not at all pushy. The dealership did not have the vehicle with the color interior that we wanted in stock so they arranged a swap with another dealer our of state and brought it in very quickly. They trucked it in so that it was still "new" -- only 30 miles on it when we got it. We are extremely happy with the service, the price, and the financing. More

Smitty made sure we found a car that fit ALL of our needs, not just a couple. Smitty provided great customer service and being his 2nd day working for Peterson's knew enough about the vehicle to keep us interested. The staff was so eager to help and answer any questions for us as well as giving a helping hand to their fellow co-worker. Overall great experience and will return when purchasing our next vehicle!
