The service intake personnel were fast and very friendly. However, I have yet to understand why make an appointment when it take just as long as someone without an appointment. I was there just for an oil ch However, I have yet to understand why make an appointment when it take just as long as someone without an appointment. I was there just for an oil change, which took close to 2 hours and cost me $84. When I could have went 1/4 mile up the street and got the oil changed in around 30 minutes for $60, without an appointment. I’m just assuming that you are probably short on mechanics that are assigned to work on vehicles, first come first served. I love the cleanliness and the friendly staff. But I personally will just drive in for maintenance and bypass the appointment scheduling. I don’t see the benefits. I didn’t come to trade or buy a new car, just an oil change, More
