Two things: 1. Salesman AP and the finance gentleman did a great job and were very professional . But unfortunately one employee left a bad impression of the deale Salesman AP and the finance gentleman did a great job and were very professional . But unfortunately one employee left a bad impression of the dealership in our minds. Shannon Rouse was the most unprofessional employee in an automotive dealership that we have ever experienced. After a question came up about the BMW that we were looking at, he appeared agitated and told us he hated BMWs and wouldn’t have one if you gave it to him. A rather strange comment from an employee of the dealership…..several salesman overheard his comments and looked very uncomfortable. Two of them apologized to us later. It was almost a turning point for me…I came very close to asking my husband if he wanted to walk out, but we liked the car….. we like BMWs….. this is our 4th one. I know it’s a Toyota dealership but you sell other used models also…. Don’t put them down. 2. When we were getting ready to leave we discovered that there was only one key. This was disappointing….. We have asked AP to find out about the second key. You might want to get Shannon to pay for it….. 😎 He might think twice about his rudeness. More
