The third party that handles Peterson services straight out lied to us making us believe that we were getting an oil change. When we showed up they said they would do the required routine maintenance. Ca out lied to us making us believe that we were getting an oil change. When we showed up they said they would do the required routine maintenance. Came back later to pick up car. Got charged for the tires being rotated and nothing else. Which no one asked for authorization to charge us with what we thought would be included in a rather new car. The only reason is not a one star is because the service manager and another of the employees there explained about the 2 year and 25000 limit. The people who actually worked at the dealership were both professional. Which it would have been way better explained before hand by the third party on phone call or before charging us. Instead of us driving 40 minutes to get there and forty min back. We could have got tires rotated in town. And not wasted over 3 hours of time and gasoline. More
