The Jeep service department needs better mechanics. I was told two different reasons for my brake light being on and neither one made any sense. They don’t care about you or your family, only profit! !! Our 1 year old Ram truck broke down and was towed to this dealer to have the engine replaced. They left us stranded with NO transportation and t !! Our 1 year old Ram truck broke down and was towed to this dealer to have the engine replaced. They left us stranded with NO transportation and took nine months to replace the engine! Who does this to a family!? We were hours from home with three young children and our pets. All of the items we couldn’t carry were destroyed due to the truck being left out doors in the elements through three seasons! Nothing about this experience endeared us to this dealership and definitely not to this brand!!! Definitely shop and service your vehicle elsewhere!!! More
