Communication from Brad, our service tech, was professional, quickly responsive, comprehensive, informative, and he kept me up-to-date with what was going on with my car. The service guys worked quickly and addressed all the service issues completely once I approved the maintenaince/repairs online. I love my car and part of that is due to the people at Peterson Lexus!
