Sam is friendly, personable, and sincere. He went above and beyond what I would expect from any customer service representative. I went for a simple oil change. I purchased the maintenance plan when I purchased my Highlander 5 years ago. Then, they had a walk up service for oil changes and the process worked smoothly. After a while I was required to make an appointment for a routine oil change. No problem there; but the last 3 times I have been in (with a scheduled appt)I was told that it would take 1 hour and I was there at least 2 hours each time. I am a business owner and my time in valuable also, so I schedule my appointments on my lunch so that I don't have to miss much work. Today, again, I was told an hour. After 1 hour 25 minutes, I went to check on the car and they said about 20 more minutes. I told them I would be outside waiting. No one passed this info on to my serviceman and about 45 minutes later I went back in. My serviceman (Bret Beasley) said that he had paged my and I didn't come. He said no one told him I would be outside. If it weren't for the fact that I have this service and it is already paid for, I would use someone else. I will use the remaining 5 coupons and make sure that I make my appt for the 1st thing in the am so that there is no excuse for being behind. I would not be able to recommend their service to anyone. My serviceman (Bret) was very friendly and appologetic; but should have kept me informed on what was taking so long. More

Bret was very helpful and friendly. He took an interest in my service needs, asked the right questions and followed through as he said he would. However, the mechanic failed to clean up some oil that drip in my service needs, asked the right questions and followed through as he said he would. However, the mechanic failed to clean up some oil that dripped on the VSC sensor and the engine light came on as I was leaving the parking lot. I had to return to the service department where they checked it out and cleaned it up and the VSC light has turned off. More
