Years of service! I had maintenance on my Tundra done at Peterson Toyota before I bought a car from them. It's the reason I went there to buy my first new Toyota, a 2 I had maintenance on my Tundra done at Peterson Toyota before I bought a car from them. It's the reason I went there to buy my first new Toyota, a 2006 Prius. This is now my fourth Toyota, a RAV4 and my second new vehicle from this dealership. Over the years, nearly 13 now, that I have been doing business with Peterson Toyota, I have seen some lapses on the service side, but this is way in the past. Everything is first class now! I've even had body work done there several times. Many compliments to Casey Cook who helped with the deal on the RAV4. He was very patient...no pressure. I had been talking with him about buying one for three years. He really knows the product and explained details about the RAV4 that were important to me, but I didn't think to ask. My overall experience with Peterson Toyota has been excellent from sales to service to body work!!! More

Great People! (for the most part :) ) My fiance and I went in to Peterson 4 times for the purchase of our vehicles. The first time we went in we were just trying to get information and th My fiance and I went in to Peterson 4 times for the purchase of our vehicles. The first time we went in we were just trying to get information and the person that helped us was a bit rude, didn't take us seriously and told us that they only way he could help us is if we were actively looking for a vehicle. We got outta there as soon as we could. He didn't take any of our info, and only wrote his name on the vehicle booklet (no card). A month later, we went in again to get more info hopefully from a different person and we were in luck! We were approached by Ethan Reissig and he was absolutely amazing. He answered all the questions we had and then some! Even convinced my fiance to switch from Chevy to Toyota with the help of another salesman Brady. He had us test drive the vehicles and we were sold. The final visits went through great! We both got our trucks and they even accepted a Chevy truck trade in and we got dang near top dollar for the trade in. During the end of one visit there was some miscommunication concerns which we expressed to Ethan about at our final visit and it was fixed right then! He was great to work with, he wasn't pushy, he listened to our concerns and was completely willing to work with us with our wants and needs. We also had great experiences with Blake in accessories, and continue to with new questions that come up! These guys are great to work with and we completely appreciate all of their help in making this a smooth purchase. On an end note, we've seen the first salesman that helped us and he gave us the stink eye.. sorry dude! Should have taken us seriously!! More

Great buying experience! I went in for my regularly scheduled Toyota Care service on my 2015 Tacoma and left with a new 2017 Tacoma. I met with Customer Service Manager Noy an I went in for my regularly scheduled Toyota Care service on my 2015 Tacoma and left with a new 2017 Tacoma. I met with Customer Service Manager Noy and she introduced me to Eric Muniz to discuss my options on my leased vehicle. He showed me the new model Tacoma's and how with less money out of pocket every month, I could be driving a new model Tacoma with more bells and whistles. I was perfectly content to finish paying off my current truck but after Eric showed me the new model Tacoma's I fell in love. I love my new truck and I thank both Noy and Eric for such a great experience!!! Dave More
