A nail was lodged in one of my tires, and it could not be repaired. Phillip went well beyond expectations on a Saturday to ensure my car was ready for a road trip the next day. Even though the dealershi be repaired. Phillip went well beyond expectations on a Saturday to ensure my car was ready for a road trip the next day. Even though the dealership did not have a replacement tire in stock, Phillip located one nearby. He stayed after the normal closing time until the car was ready.
