I had an appointment at 8 am for an oil change and coolant flush. Snice my wife and I had several appointments in town, she picked me up so we could go to our appointments. When our appointments were over, my wife dropped me off a few minutes after 3 pm and I still had to wait until 4 pm for the service on my truck to be finished. In addition to this, my truck has been washed twice in the nearly 2 years and 60,000 miles since I purchased my truck from Phil Fitts Ford. I continue to not understand why simple service takes so long whether I wait at the dealership or drop it off. My time is worth something and I am finding it difficult to justify 2-3 hours for The Works when I have an appointment. More
