Phil Fitts had that opportunity when I returned to correct the issue, you can not pay me for a good review. This review is accurate and fair to what I experienced during my visit. Ford's website publishes labor cost for accessories and I was charged more than double what the website states. The accessories were not installed correctly and I fixed it myself even after bringing it back a second time. I didn't feel bringing it back a 3rd time would do anything but waste more of my time. I won't be buying any accessories or have them installed at this location.
