I have a 2025 Honda CRV with approximately 7,600 miles on it. I took it for service last Saturday, June 14th for oil change, tire rotation and my existing issue with my backup camera. When in reverse, my backup camera will be most of the time black screen ( the camera would oftentimes fail to activate ). This is the second time that I took my vehicle to this dealership for same issue about 6 months ago. Now it’s getting worse, from colored screen to black and white to most of the time black screen. My service advisor said Honda is aware and there’s currently no recall for this issue. I told him that this is a safety issue with faulty backup camera when it’s not functioning as it supposed to. Diagnostics performed to check faulty backup camera: BATTERY RESET PROCEDURE FOR TEN MINUTES. Total wait time at the dealership for oil change, tire rotation and backup camera diagnostics 1 hour and 57 minutes. Usually, the dealership will bombard me with calls/tx/email to give them a review. It’s been a week since my service and I didn’t get any this time. Bottom line, backup camera is not a rocket science. I bought my car brand new with an obvious SAFETY backup camera defect. I still have warranty on it and deserve to have it fixed! More

We had a slight hiccups from my last visit which is quite unusual but they were very quick in fixing it. Shout to Mr. Jake for providing a superb customer service.
