Luckily ours was still under warranty so we didn't have to pay a dime! I really like the email reminders when you have an appointment scheduled, they are most helpful when you are crazy busy. Our total experience, from buying our Pilot, to several routine services and one warranty covered repair have been superb! I can't recommend them enough, especially David Nichols! More

Recall problem got fixed Although I told them I have changed engine oil 4 times in last half year, they insisted on doing a test on their own. So I had to bring it back after ~1000 miles to find it out it has indeed been burning engine oil at an unusual high rate. I guess that is fine. But all in all, Bill was courteous and kind. New tires I went in to have my oil changed, and the service rep mentioned that my tires were really worn out with only 16000 miles. He said that he would share I went in to have my oil changed, and the service rep mentioned that my tires were really worn out with only 16000 miles. He said that he would share this info with Honda Corporate ,and low and behold I got new tires! I just had to pay for the installation, etc... and I am so grateful. Maybe Honda should consider different tires that don't wear out so soon. More
