For the second time, Gary Bowman was our sales representative. We agreed to a price for the vehicle over the phone and negotiated a few of the extras we wanted. He had our trade-in quickly evaluated upon arrival and within a short period of time we agreed on the trade-in price. It was a speedy, relaxed, no pressure experience, which is really what we wanted. Moreover, while the folks at Phil Hughes are great company, we didn't want to give up our whole Saturday haggling and they understood that and treated us with kindness and respect and made every effort to expedite the process. Gary and the whole team at Phil Hughes are wonderful to work with and treat you like you should be treated when making a large purchase - or a small purchase, for that matter.
