Couldn't be happier I went in to the Ford service center this morning, with no appointment and asked Barry Tanner to take care of my oil change on my Explorer. He grabbe I went in to the Ford service center this morning, with no appointment and asked Barry Tanner to take care of my oil change on my Explorer. He grabbed his clipboard and went straight outside. We checked the lights and turn signals and then said he would get right on it. I left and it wasn't about an hour later he called saying it was ready. I went to pick it up and asked if they had time to do another oil change on my girlfriends car. It was about noon and he said for her to bring it up. She showed up about 1pm and he got it right in. They had to order the filter for it and Barry and the service tech Henry (I think that was his name) stayed 15 minutes late to finish it up for me. I appreciate the quick turnaround and great customer service. More
