They didn't pull any of the usual dealer tricks and did not show us anything outside of the price range where we felt comfortable. Also made the trade in easy and gave a great deal. The transaction was hassle free from start to finish. My salesman Keith Brooks was great!! The deal was flawless from negotiation, price, and the finance room as well. Lisa thanks for making the financing a breeze, so many times the finance room can be agonizing but not this time. Dave Palm the sales manager was easy to deal with and the price was more than fair and below market rate. Keith was prepping the vehicle for delivery the whole time were busy processing paperwork, so when were done we just drove away. From start to finish the entire purchase was about an hour. I started out looking at the Explorers than to the F-150, but ended up with the new 2015 Mustang GT! The team was really flexible with my budget and my needs. As thrilled as I was about owning a sports car, I still needed another vehicle to navigate the harsh winters here in the Springs. I bought a very reasonably priced 1998 Ford Explorer with 4-wheel drive. I’d like to give a special Thank You to Mark Barton for helping make that happen. Honorable Mentions: “Uncle Ted” for helping us out with the finance aspect of the purchase. Additionally, Matt for helping address other concerns I had regarding the purchase of the Mustang. Recommendations: Do not place car dealership logo’s on new sports cars. The Logo was placed on prior to me purchasing the vehicle and was removed by a Phil Long employee at my request. In the process, however, the clear coat was faded and paint was scratched. In my opinion, dealership logo’s are tacky especially on sports cars. Nonetheless, this issue was brought up to Phil Long Ford management and is being addressed with no issues or concerns. -Coleman More

Thanks for Taking Care of Me! I had to drive 6 hours to the Springs from Durango to purchase a 4 wheel drive due to an unfortunate accident that totaled my vehicle. Neal Wells was my Sales Representative. Everyone at the dealership was friendly and accommodating. Neal knew of a perfect fit for me based on my circumstances and needs. He was patient and thorough when explaining features and details about my vehicle purchase and helped me navigate through the process. He went above and beyond in making sure I was taken care of! I was disappointed that the vehicle didn't have a user manual because I'm the type of person that needs to know everything about the intricacies of what I own :) but Neal will be locating one and sending it to me.
