First oil change on my new F150 This was the first oil change on my F150. At first there was a little confusion as I had called and made an appointment but for some reason my name wa This was the first oil change on my F150. At first there was a little confusion as I had called and made an appointment but for some reason my name was not on the list. Even though they couldn't find my appointment they got me in right away and it only took about 50 minutes to get an oil change and tire rotation. Joshua treated me great. He checked on me a couple of times while I was waiting. There is construction going on at and around the service drive that made it a little confusing to get to the right spot but it wasn't bad. At this point I am disappointed and I picked my truck up right then just to see my transmission cover in my back seat gas not replied and dirty and no paperwork was given. I left a message for management to reply it's been a week now no reply "FOOL ME ONCE" More
