Most amazing experience as a single women buying a car. I went into the dealership looking for a particular vehicle I saw online. My sales man Jason Cowan found the vehicle I was looking for and found that I went into the dealership looking for a particular vehicle I saw online. My sales man Jason Cowan found the vehicle I was looking for and found that it just came in and was still at detailing. I bought the car on the spot but, we had some issues getting the vehicle up to standards of Phil Long, which are very amazing. Jason stayed on the vehicle and even noticed a couple of things when he picked it up from detailing. He told me immediately about them. He definitely went beyond the limits of a sales man, but made sure my vehicle was save and what I wanted. I love my vehicle and the whole experience with financing and everything. More

I had the color details of the pre-order changed from ingot silver to gaurd metallic at one point with no hesitation and on my personal whim) Every time I came in I was treated like a VIP(coffee, popcorn, water etc. were always offered) and made to feel very comfortable. Great experience working with Jason Cowan We worked with Jason at purchasing a new family vehicle. Jason is by far the best sales representative I have ever ever worked with! He literally gave us his entire Saturday, driving us all over Colorado Springs to all of their different lots until we found the vehicle we needed. He literally didn't even get to eat his lunch on Saturday. At the end of the day on Saturday, we had been working with Jason for 7+ hours- but it was truly a great experience. It became very obvious to us why he was their number one sales rep. After finally deciding on a vehicle, we ended up bringing it back two days later in exchange for a different vehicle my wife liked more. I felt like such a royal pain in the butt- but again, Jason was extremely friendly and very professional and stuck with it and helped us with every step until we were finally completely finished. He was honest with us about pricing up front, and was never pushy with other vehicles we were not interested in. After this car is paid off, I will definitely come back to pay Jason a visit to get another vehicle for myself. I absolutely loathe being anywhere near a car dealership, but this was a completely different experience that I can truly appreciate. I will never go anywhere else after the experience we had.
