First off, I want to start with this.. this is the BEST CAR BUYING EXPERIENCE I HAVE EVER HAD! Everyone from Sales, the Sales Manager, to Finance, all the way to the GM are fantastic. I worked with Kelbe, CAR BUYING EXPERIENCE I HAVE EVER HAD! Everyone from Sales, the Sales Manager, to Finance, all the way to the GM are fantastic. I worked with Kelbe, who was super kind and funny, he made sure my needs were met and focused on us getting the car I wanted. if you need a car, see him above anyone else, HES FANTASTIC! However, not only him but Chris another sales representative was kind and spoke to us when Kelbe was away, as well as went out of his way to go speak with the manager of the other lot, that had the car I wanted. They didn’t want to give it to us but in the end Chris was able to get it. Todd the Sales Manager is super funny and helpful and was adamant that we were enjoying ourselves while buying the car. Scott was our Finance guy and, yet again, we were wowed by our experience. It was late at night by the time we got into financing and he didn’t rush us. He joked with us and made sure we were VERY well informed about the financial decisions we were making. Finally, the GM Jeff went ABOVE AND BEYOND to take care of us! He did everything in his power and more to help us out. I have never had a GM so involved, or even really involved at all, let alone one that cares about his customers so much! Anyone who is looking to buy a car, new or used, go see this team of amazing people! They will really make the process comfortable and easy, you will never feel like your being taken advantage of or tricked. They are kind, honest, all around fun and fantastic people to work with! 2nd New Car Purchase in 2 years- #1 Auto Dealer in Colorado We bought our 1st new car through Richard Ryan here in April 2017, and we were 100% satisfied. He informed us about Phil Long Hyundai's $500 Military Veteran discount, got us a discount for owning a vehicle in a competing category, and also got us a $1,000 Uber Driver's discount on a silver 2017 Hyundai Sonata Hybrid! Fast forward to 2 years later in 2019, we now needed a light AWD SUV for my wife. Richard and myself had kept in touch over the 2 years since our last purchase: friendly and professional text messages on holidays and always to wish me a happy birthday. Naturally, my wife and I shopped around a little, checked out the Subaru Forester, Cadillac XT5, and Nissan Rogue but were not feeling a connection to those cars and the AWD prices. We stopped by and were attended to by Trevor Hanamura who explained that it was Richard's day off. We test drove an AWD Kona, a BMW 5 series, and a Hyundai Sonata but we couldn't decide on one so we let Troy know we would be back later in the week. Once I heard from Richard the next day and let him know we wanted to stop by he scheduled us for a very convenient time and we checked out the Santa Fe, test-drove the 2019 Kona AWD, and 2019 Tucson AWD. We were undecided btw the Kona and Tucson (both AWD). So we went home again, slept on it and called back within 48 hours to come pick up the Tucson. Despite it being a Friday night Richard and 3 Managers: Chris (GM), Troy (Sales Mgr.) and Ms. Coleen (Biz Mgr.) stayed back late with my wife, our daughter and myself to complete the paperwork for the lovely Tucson AWD we selected with our preferred options and package. Great team, great customer service, great company! Not for 1 split second did we feel any pressure to choose a specific car. The Phil Long Hyundai team @Chapel Hills only cared about us driving away in a car we loved at a price that nobody in America would dare to match. It is over a month already and we've received 2 text messages and 2 phone calls from Richard and his boss simply to check on us and confirm that we are happily enjoying our Tucson AWD. Their well-equipped kiddies playroom and toys definitely kept our princess engaged for Mum and Day to get through the "boring paperwork". Not sure if Hyundai makes boats but you never know... More

I arrived half an hour before closing time and Richard had the vehicle pulled up front, ready to test drive. Their were no surprises. Everything Richard told my wife about the vehicle was true. Inside I was introduced to Chris the General Manager. Between Chris, Richard and Josh the Finance Manager, it was a great experience that night. I never felt rushed or hurried.
