Phil Long SUCKS!!!!! Except for my salesperson, Tom, all other people dealt with were incapable of performing their jobs. They had no idea how to take a car in trade, they Except for my salesperson, Tom, all other people dealt with were incapable of performing their jobs. They had no idea how to take a car in trade, they presented me with the numbers and I had to show they were wrong (too low actually), they just plain suck at everything. I will be filing a complaint with the Colorado Dealers Board about their incompetence. More
