Trade in We had a good experience with Phil Long Hyundai. We did not intend to trade-in our 2012 Tucson at first but received a fair deal on a 2017 Tucson. What I did not like is that the final interest and payment terms were not adressed with my wife and I during the loan approval process. We were told one set of numbers only to find out the terms had changed when we were signing final papers. Also our salesman said we would receive a second vehicle maintenance book in the mail and we are still waiting to see if the promise will be honored. More
