I would have liked my service rep to have kept me informed w a first text of call. I the several weeks or more, I made the initial phone call to see what was happening and when to pick it up. People wasted our time, assurred us that we would be in and out in 30 minutes. Things the staff had 6 hours to complete before we arrived were not complete. 30 minutez turned into 2.5 hours. If my wife and daughter had not been present I would have walked away from the deal. I will never, never use tis dealership again. They tried to add on charges, and failed to note the vehicle had only 1 fob, now going to cost me 400 dollars for adfitional fob. I will drive to Denver ir Pueblo. Lots if pretty window dressing, extremely poor attention to detail, extremely pooe customer service and customer experience. my next hyundai will not be from Phil Long. I advise everyone to find a dealer who is interested in customer service and not all the glitz. More

AVOID this particular dealership. Bought a new car from them, and trying to resolve all the ongoing problems with the car has been a total and ongoing nightmare!!! They obviously did not inspect or test drive this car, but sold it straight from the transport truck. A large bolt was missing from a lower control arm. Bumper rattle kit installed after major recall, never provided a level 2 adapter for charging. They denied knowing of any recalls on the newer Ioniq models, currently being assembled in a new plant in Georgia. Numerous calls, but no solutions or resolutions, just a lot of boasting on how many cars they’re selling, and how good they are. Getting some help from local Hyundai dealership but AVOID motor city in Colorado Sprongs at all cost. Steve Krohn general manager pretty worthless on help. Very dissatisfied customer. More
