An excellent buying experience I was nervous to try and purchase a vehicle on my own. I have found in past experiences that, being a single woman, have not always been given the tru I was nervous to try and purchase a vehicle on my own. I have found in past experiences that, being a single woman, have not always been given the truth or found pushy salesmen trying to sell me something I didn't want. I felt completely at ease at Phil Long Hyundai. I was greeted upon getting out of my vehicle on the lot and they took me straight to Jerry Seward as I had an appointment with him. Jerry was courteous and not pushy. He processed the paperwork and got things moving for me so I could drive the new car home that day. He worked to find me the best interest rate he could find for me at a payment I could manage. Phil Long will always be my "go to" for any future new vehicle purchases. Thank you! More

Financing vehicle was a different story,My wife and I were heavily pressured to buy different extended warranties after I said WE DID NOT WANT ANY because car was going back to MI. So because all this was going on I returned home to discover 800.00 dollars mistake on cost of vehicle plus sales tax difference.There was no apology from finance dept or gm.after everything we went through so that's why all the different ratings.So again Tony Roche and Used Car Manager Zach 5 stars everything else was very unpleasant. Satisfied I am satisfied with the service that I did receive however there was some unprofessionalism inside of the workplace towards me. I was a first time buy I am satisfied with the service that I did receive however there was some unprofessionalism inside of the workplace towards me. I was a first time buyer and I knew that there was going to be some issues , but I didn't think that I would be mocked and laughed at with my expectations. I know how the car business works and I also know the good and the bad part of it. With much deliberation, I decided to first continue looking at other dealerships because the price wasn't what I was looking for. The manager I was working with got up without shaking my hand and stormed away before I had the chance to thank him for his time. However the sales person I work with was extremely helpful amazing and very professional and handling the situation. Jahmil is an amazing employee and deserves to be thanked. So thank you. I ended up purchasing the vehicle with much negotiation period however I am very happy with my purchase and thanks to Jahmil I am able to say I will go back for more service in the future. More
