Now, in 2017, with my lease being up, I was able to take advantage of the lease exchange program, and even work with the same sales staff. The Perfect Experience Phil Long has been a long established dealership in this area but I have only used them previously in the aspect of recalls on my 2000 Taurus. It was their professionalism in the service department and their willingness to be ever so helpful that convinced me to look at Phil Long Dealers when I was ready to purchase a new vehicle. My sales person was ever so helpful and patient with me as I took test drives in vehicles that I wanted but really didn't need. Then she put me in a vehicle that I fell in love with but the color was wrong. On the showroom floor sat the car I wanted in a metallic brown that shown in the afternoon sunlight. It attracted me like a bee to a bonnet and pretty soon I took it home. The price was right but the problem was that I had then had a taste of the offered options and the more I thought about it the more I wanted the luxury of heated seats and remote start. So I returned to the show room as my vehicle received its first oil change. Soon I was seated in a Sonata with the options my wife and I wanted. I had to pay a bit more but it was well worth it. The car is great and the experience was just about perfect. More

A good, straitforward experience I came in knowing that I wanted a Hyundai Tucson Limited with the Ultimate Package, in either red or silver.
