Lies, lies and strong arming Horrible customer service. They sold me a '17 Elantra and now I need a new windshield. Apparently there is a "Nationwide Backorder...." I spoke wit Horrible customer service. They sold me a '17 Elantra and now I need a new windshield. Apparently there is a "Nationwide Backorder...." I spoke with a manager and he was rude, unsympathetic and of no use to me. I will NEVER use this dealership for anything. I would rather walk than have to go through their doors again. They don't stand behind their vehicles and have the attitude of "we sold it to you, that's all...." I should not have to make payments on a vehicle that I can't use because Hyundai is incapable of ensuring there are parts for a vehicle they rushed off the production line in February of '16!!!! Absolutely absurd and the most outrageous thing I've had to deal with buying a car. Oh and this is after they sold me a lemon Toyota Tundra. They were nice enough to take it back, let me lose a couple thousand dollars 3 weeks later and make me buy another vehicle from them. They made money of me x 2 within 3 weeks and laughed all the way to the bank. Tim was my salesman and although he did his best, that just wasn't enough for me. Not his fault the windshields aren't available, but when a customer calls, you better listen and not get an attitude with me!!! You're lucky I live in Pa now or I'd park the car on your lot, leave the keys in it and walk away from the payments!!!!! More

Phil Long Hyundai met our expectations The experience was good. They negotiated the price on the new vehicle which for us is to be expected. It took two days to deliver the vehicle however, but it worked out. They thoroughly went through the new car features and helped set up my wife's car. That was very good and most helpful.
