After working with Dan, I went over to the finance department to work with Mike. After everything was said and done, Mike said in 7-14 days I would recieve a "welcome package" with all the paperwork we signed that day as well as information on how/when to schedule payments. It is now 30 days after my purchase and I have yet to receive any information, even after leaving multiple messages with both Mike and the other finance manager, Stephanie. In my opinion, even if they don't have the answer as to why I haven't received this information, it is extremely unprofessional to not return the phone calls of someone who gave you over $20,000 in business. More
