There was no funny business; there were no hard-sell tactics, and my wife's new Elantra actually came to us less expensively than the model one step down (Accent), and even was a better deal than a used Elantra at Phil Long of Chapel Hills. The courtesy and professionalism of these people and this dealership were outstanding. More

Decent deal, waited too long. To begin with, they tried to get us to sign some kind of agreement before a deal was made on the pricing that did not even include their offer on the To begin with, they tried to get us to sign some kind of agreement before a deal was made on the pricing that did not even include their offer on the trade in. After that, the initial paperwork was inaccurate charging more than what was agreed. They tried to not give me the discounts I had predetermined with the sales manager I did qualify for. They had to actually call the sales manager via the phone to verify. In addition they tried to sneak in some other charge (I think some kind of warranty) they did not explain or tell me I could opt out of it until I questioned it. Also, when we first arrived and made contact at the sales desk, we ended up waited for about 30 minutes to get anybody to help us while they appeared to be in casual conversation and even mess with their phones. Other than that things went smoothly and we were satisfied with the final price and service. I asked the sales lady (Jennifer Fail) for some business cards. She said she didn't have any yet but would send a business card in a thank note. I never received either. Overall they were very friendly and professional. More
