Very good experience, bought 2 cars!! We went in having already found a car that we were interested in from another dealership. We left with 2 used Hyundais - one Sonata and one Santa Fe! Perusing the cars with Tyler was easy and not pressurised, and the test-driving was fine. There was great effort to keep us comfortable - offer of lunch and drinks - but we opted for the opportunity to just talk amongst ourselves. The negotiating was intense but fair, and we felt good about the agreement that we struck in the end. They also showed great patience and flexibility in payment options, as we were transferring money internationally. The purchase(s) involve a LOT of paperwork and signatures, and by the time we approached the end of it all, we were spent! Dan allowed us to delay our decision on purchasing the warranties for the cars until we could recover from the initial purchase and make a sound decision. Finally, Betty handled the purchase of the warranty that we chose very graciously and patiently re-explaining everything that Dan had covered when we were dazed on the day of our purchase. A great team to deal with. More

He went above and beyond to make sure I was comfortable, and when the paperwork lasted longer than expected, he made sure to fetch my daughters some snacks to keep them happy. Dan in finance was wonderful to work with, made sure I got an awesome deal, and when I decided to return the higher end warranty, he made sure the paperwork was submitted and taken care of. I will definitely consider buying another car from these guys again! More

Great customer service....weird accommodations The sales person that helped me was great and they dd not have a high pressure sales pitch. When I needed to use a computer to update my insurance an The sales person that helped me was great and they dd not have a high pressure sales pitch. When I needed to use a computer to update my insurance and sign up for service, they had me use a computer with Windows XP in plain view of other customers with a 50" big screen TV connected to it while I entered my credit card information and personal data....definitely not secure in this world of identity theft. Hopefully they will figure out a new way to do this and they update to a new OS...Windows XP is no longer even giving security updates. This may sound like griping, but I have had my identity stolen before so I am a little sensitive on the issue. More

Its late at night,I want to go home,money man wants to go home,everyone wants to go home! I went back on Monday and made a deal with money man. HE DID NOT need to do a deal, but he did. My wife will read EVERYTHING 2 times before she signs anything again. All in All, a good dealership. I would go back again. PS My wife told him I DONT WANT THAT, but it was late. More
