This was because he tried to reneg on oil changes (!!). The mgr. decided to give us a free detail due to his sales manager's issues (which he attributed to personal.) Okay - I get everyone has a bad day, but he never apologized. I was the one who went to him and held my hand out. I don't know if the GM's story was true. Fast forward We just bought a Santa Fe certified pre-owned. We paid asking price. We dealt directly with Mark and the GM Steve Krohn. It did not come with floor mats and I stated I thought they were in the back as Larry H. Miller provides car mats for Certified Pre-Owned cars. The sales guy, Mark F. agreed to get me floor mats, but I didn't hear anything for over two weeks, so I called back. He stated he was waiting for a used car to come in and he backpedaled on whether he would get these or not. I don't know what it is about this dealership, but Mark F. was just as rude and unprofessional as Scott - Sales Mgr. was on previous occasion. My husband talked to him and he was on speaker phone. The other people in the room were incredulous that a sales "professional" would speak that way to a customer (and mocked me to my husband). Note: not a good business or ethical practice. This dealership has treated me more obnoxiously and unprofessionally than I have ever been treated in my life. Bits from my phone call with Steve Krohn, General Manager: Steve K: Oh now you want to bring up what happened a year ago? You know what? I don't care about what Larry Miller does, you bought the car without floor mats! And now you want to say that the problem is from the top down? (My comment was that he didn't hold rude staff accountable. His excuse - everyone has a bad day, you don't have a bad day?) Now, you're insulting me. You know what? No! I DON'T want to resolve this - I don't need your business. In fact, I don't need your money and I don't need you to come to my dealership. I don't need you to ever come here again - I don't need your business!" I have had a few weeks to think about this and after talking to a few friends in the car business - I agree that someone in a general manager position should never be this rude or unprofessional. I personally believe that I was treated with an additional level of disrespect because I am a woman. While my husband was also treated rudely, it was more personalized with me - laughing at me, Hey lady, etc. I would never recommend this dealership unless there was a change of leadership and staff were held accountable for their behavior. As for the floor mats - I guess I will buy my own. Will I buy a Hyundai again. I don't think so. These two awful experiences have soured me on Hyundai. More

Mark Fuetsel Mark should be a manager in the phil long family. He is by far the best salesman I have ever dealt with in my lIfe. Very good experience, bought 2 cars!! We went in having already found a car that we were interested in from another dealership. We left with 2 used Hyundais - one Sonata and one Santa Fe! Perusing the cars with Tyler was easy and not pressurised, and the test-driving was fine. There was great effort to keep us comfortable - offer of lunch and drinks - but we opted for the opportunity to just talk amongst ourselves. The negotiating was intense but fair, and we felt good about the agreement that we struck in the end. They also showed great patience and flexibility in payment options, as we were transferring money internationally. The purchase(s) involve a LOT of paperwork and signatures, and by the time we approached the end of it all, we were spent! Dan allowed us to delay our decision on purchasing the warranties for the cars until we could recover from the initial purchase and make a sound decision. Finally, Betty handled the purchase of the warranty that we chose very graciously and patiently re-explaining everything that Dan had covered when we were dazed on the day of our purchase. A great team to deal with. More

Bill sold me a 2014 Hyundai Elantra GT, and he worked (and still works) very hard to make sure that I am happy with my purchase. He went above and beyond to make sure I was comfortable, and when the paperwork lasted longer than expected, he made sure to fetch my daughters some snacks to keep them happy. Dan in finance was wonderful to work with, made sure I got an awesome deal, and when I decided to return the higher end warranty, he made sure the paperwork was submitted and taken care of. I will definitely consider buying another car from these guys again! More
