Hi eadkerson, I understand why this experience was frustrating, and I'd like to apologize for the miscommunication that occurred between scheduling your appointment and when you arrived. I understand that Hank, our General Sales Manager, has contacted you and I'm glad you'll allow us another opportunity to make this right, free of charge. I do want you to know that we have discussed this concern with our service department and have cleared up the confusion on our end. Our business development agent is newer to the Ford program and misunderstood that the Owner Advantage Rewards accounts are in fact, dealer-specific when he advised you otherwise.
