Started using Phillips in 2019 when we moved to FL their Service Department has been great The service has been consistently good and timely Just had my 2015 Yukon quit on me and after a tow to Phillips exp Service Department has been great The service has been consistently good and timely Just had my 2015 Yukon quit on me and after a tow to Phillips expecting some expensive computer issue but they had it resolved the next morning by 11am found a lose wire connection to the starter best of all no charge I’ll keep coming back More

Service personnel prompt and efficient. Result of visit was communications module failure on my 2020 Yukon XL Denali with 20,300 miles on it. This premature failure was a big disappointment for a supposed quality product. My warranty has expired, so I had to pay $682.86 for the repair. I have driven GM autos for many years. I like to buy American products, but this kind of issue is what causes consumers to look in other directions. If you check Consumer Repirys magazine ratings, GM has it’s work cut out for it. More
