Steve was great and very helpful and I would work with him anytime, however the Lexus I purchased started to have problems within five days. When I start the car up there are lights that are flashing and him anytime, however the Lexus I purchased started to have problems within five days. When I start the car up there are lights that are flashing and a message that tells me to take it to the dealer. When I brought it back I was told by your service department they had no one who specialized in working on a Lexus but would look at it, being concerned about that I took it to the Lexus dealer in Wesley Chapel. I ended up being told my new (to me) Lexus had more than likely been in an accident due to the fact he found at least 3 open circuits. They would have to take the vehicle completely apart to find the source of the problem. I also was told that even though I paid for the extended warranty that this work would not be covered by the purchased warranty. Upon purchasing the vehicle I had asked if it had ever been in an accident and was told, "No." This repair will cost me considerable money. I spent a lot of money already and it appears I have to spend more. This has made me very upset. More

From entering the dealship this gentleman was amazing. Not pushing us at all. Answered all our questions. Then to the finally sale it was the same. Took his time as well as the business.
