Needed to have aftermarket key fob programmed. Service Dept said, they can’t program them after I got in there with them. Had to buy an OEM key fob from them…… $96. Parts are marked way up! I kn Service Dept said, they can’t program them after I got in there with them. Had to buy an OEM key fob from them…… $96. Parts are marked way up! I know it’s a dealership……so I bought it etc. Went back, waited awhile for them to program it. Went to pay. Found out, it was $96 and then the service fee on top of it, that I wasn’t told about! $190 later…..!! My beef is this; tell the whole entire price beforehand! I believe the other two key fobs can be programmed at the lock shop near by. I’m going to find out. Should have done that first, but I was already wrapped up in this, and I believed them…….at that moment. In short, the Service Dept needs to disclose to the entire price to their customers before work is done. Beware of this! Otherwise, a very reputable car dealership. More
