I want to compliment ALL employees of Phillips Buick - for starters, the courtesy/manners displayed is totally awesome - always so respectful !! Within the last week we bought a new 2022 Buick Envision for starters, the courtesy/manners displayed is totally awesome - always so respectful !! Within the last week we bought a new 2022 Buick Envision - the "transparency" of buying a new vehicle has never been more evident than what we experienced. Never have we bought a car and drove out the same day with all of the "details" taken care of. We applaud Ed, our salesman; Jay and his comrades in the oil/lube department; and the finance manager - everyone is super polite !!! More

We took the truck in last week. They ordered the part and called when it came in. Went today and they took our suv right in. Working an hour it was fixed and ready to go.
