I had a non critical issue with a new vehicle and they had to order parts. They called and said the parts were in and I took the car in. When they returned my car they then told me the other parts needed had to order parts. They called and said the parts were in and I took the car in. When they returned my car they then told me the other parts needed were not installed. They told me to bring the car in again early the next day. I was there early and they said the parts would probably be in that day. I told them to call me when the parts were in since I needed the vehicle in the afternoon for my wife’s appointment I had to take my vehicle back 3 times for one repair that if they had procured all the parts needed would have only been once More

I had an issue. Went into service department and within seconds they knew what it was. Ordered the part. Two days later they called and part was in.
