Horrible customer service in the service department. Acted like I didn't matter since I only live in the Villages part time. Instead of calling me by name I was referred to as "Snow Bird" or " her". I found the area dirty and definitely not professional. I did complain to his manager and his behavior is just as rude and demeaning as the service tech. I am from Ohio and I do deal with a GMC dealership and all I purchase are GMC's. I called my dealer at home and they apologized for the way I was treated and I went over the warning signal I was getting and they said that it's something I can wait till I get home. When I spoke to the manager and told him that as a result of the atmosphere and behavior I would not be returning and I will not be recommending them, he was not too concerned. More
