I bought my first new truck from a dealership in Wildwood FL. When it came time for my second new vehicle I shopped around and found that Phillips gave me the bed deal and treated me like family. Zack always follows up but he struggles with direct interaction at dealership. Super easy to talk to on phone but even after spending $1000+ on this visit, he stayed behind his desk and referred me to interaction at dealership.
