Took my car in on a Wednesday morning. Didn’t hear anything that day and nothing until Thursday at around three and they told my husband that they thought it needed a new tires that would Didn’t hear anything that day and nothing until Thursday at around three and they told my husband that they thought it needed a new tires that would take care of my problem. Maybe didn’t hear from them again until Saturday. Very poor communication. The new tires were very expensive, but it did take care of my problem. The other reason I took it in was the door locked didn’t work on the passenger side. He didn’t even address it at all so it’s not fixed ridiculous amount to program a fob that I bought from their dealership. I’m truly not happy and it’s my first experience there. More
