I purchased a 2023 GMC truck from them in August 23. After reviewing the paperwork at my home I noticed a mistake in the sales tax and registration cost. I called the dealership and made them aware of the issue..the rep said”no problem “..when the truck is registered in New York you’ll be getting a refund. They were well aware that it was being registered in New York before I purchased it. When they sent the registration and plates to me they also sent a check for 25.00 for the registration refund (they charged me $220.50 registration fee was $159.) refund short $36.50. When I called and spoke with Deanna, she told me the reason the sales tax was $808. more than the -NY Tax rate was because I had to pay Florida sales tax also. If the salesperson and finance manager were UPFRONT about the additional taxes and fees I would have bought a truck in New York 😡‼️ More

Hard to get a hold of the service department. Jim our service representative is not to blame. He worked very hard for us. It is the communication in between. This car was just pulled up front for us to get in unaccompanied, very dirty inside and out with little gas. Not very classy for such a nice dealership. I would like to add that I have another Buick purchased from Phillips, and I was very impressed with my salesman and all his help. The lube and oil is excellent. More

I have had my vehicle in for service twice now and it it still not repaired. All I seem to get is lip service. The service department is very accommodating and courteous but I want the problem addressed still not repaired. All I seem to get is lip service. I don’t think the technician knows what he is doing because all I was told is that I would have to wait for an “update” sometime between November and January and maybe that will take care of the problem and I emphasize “maybe”. He doesn’t even know if it will and that it what I mean by LIP SERVICE. All I know is that I have wasted my time (2 days +) and close to 100 miles. Very Very dissatisfied. More
