Also, since I was paying cash, I feel you should be able to excel the process as well as offer a few perks if you expect to have returning customers (as we stated to our sales person, we had been Ford people for the last 20 years and we were just crossing over to Chevy)in the future. We were missing our manual glove, we didn't get any clear information on service hours or proceedures, and other dealers were offering Free lifetime oil changes to get our sale, but we were told you don't do that (after calling back we did end up getting 3 oil changes after all.) It was a wierd experience, usually when I've bought a new car I've felt pretty satisified and excited, this day it was just annoying and I couldn't wait to drive the 25 miles or so home in my new truck.
