Good Experience I bought a 2014 Camaro 2SS/RS from Phillips. They were the only Chevy Dealership that had a black on black Camaro with a stick shift and other optio I bought a 2014 Camaro 2SS/RS from Phillips. They were the only Chevy Dealership that had a black on black Camaro with a stick shift and other options I wanted within 25 miles or so of my home. My salesman Phillip and sales-manager Howard let me test drive it twice and worked with me on the price for a couple days. I wanted a couple of things to be done to the new car and they did them for me. Overall I'm impressed with this dealership, thanks. More

Great experience I had a great experience coming in to Phillips of Lansing. The finance manager caught a mistake on the taxing of my purchase (which I had previously p I had a great experience coming in to Phillips of Lansing. The finance manager caught a mistake on the taxing of my purchase (which I had previously pointed out to Brian, the sales man, and unfortunately didn't get fixed until it got to the finance manger; that is my only criticism. Sometimes, the customer is actually right!) They offered me a price on my truck and I was told "it could even go up" when I visited. They did change it (lower) by 1,000 and claim it was from needing tires; however, they knew they were original tires in the first conversation I had about trading it in so I cannot imagine how that was missed. I also sent a friend in to look at a truck and he saw mine and told me the tires didn't look new, so they never replaced them anyway. I feel a little cheated on price because of this. Lesson learned; sell my own vehicle and do not trade in to Phillips Chevy, but I would come back for buying a new vehicle for sure. More
