Oil change I was headed to work, and needed to get an oil change. This was my first time in the service department , and from the initial contact to the cashier, I was headed to work, and needed to get an oil change. This was my first time in the service department , and from the initial contact to the cashier, everyone had a smile on their face and was very pleasant. Although I did not have an appointment, I was informed it would be a couple of hours, which was fine because I work within walking distance. I was called when it was ready and to my surprise, they had washed my car! Thank you for the excellent customer service! More

Great service department I purchased my Chevy from a different dealer but I've been bringing it to Philips for service, since it is located near my job. I can drop my car off on my way to work and pick it up after work, and they will even provide me with a ride. I've had 3 outstanding experiences with their service department and I would highly recommend their service department, to anyone that needs any type of repair (big or small).
