My Jeep was at your location for a repair today 11/29/2023. I originally came in Oct. for an oil change and was told that I had a water leak that I was not aware of. After inspection, I was told it 11/29/2023. I originally came in Oct. for an oil change and was told that I had a water leak that I was not aware of. After inspection, I was told it was the Radiator. I stated yes, repair whatever needs to be repaired including a needed brake flush. I paid over $1497.78 for this repair. From the moment I picked up my Jeep there was a constant/periodic smell of radiator fluid and last evening, there was an actual little puddle in my driveway. I took my Jeep in this morning and have now been told that it is my water pump. This was supposed to have been inspected last month and I am now seriously wondering was the Radiator even bad? It was explained to me that the new radiator could have caused the water pump to go bad and that is not uncommon. Why, if that is a known problem could the water pump not have been replaced last month? I am somewhat furious that I will have to pay another labor charge likely well over $900.00 again. I also asked again about my hoses to prevent me from having to come a third time. Just very disappointed as I have been a customer for over 30 years. :( Update on the estimate I was told $1900.00. I suppose these days, loyalty has no meaning. More
