Not happy with your pricing. Seventy dollars to replace a turn signal lamp. Lamp cost is about five dollars. I looked at several videos on You Tube and all of them replaced the Seventy dollars to replace a turn signal lamp. Lamp cost is about five dollars. I looked at several videos on You Tube and all of them replaced the lamp in about five minutes. I also had to have the radio replaced. I was quoted a price which seemed to be fair. I had to pre pay for the radio which I understand and was told I would have to pay for the installation after the work was completed. After the work was completed I was told the balance would be seventy dollars more than I was quoted. I told them I what I was originally quoted and they said okay and to forget about the additional seventy dollars. I did not leave with a very good feeling. I doubt if you will ever see me again. More

JD had everything set up and ready for us. Kevin (Finance) was good to work with as well & made that part of the deal easy. Great overall experience. Dealt with Jeremy, he was great at his position and taking care of the clients needs. Are the drop off and pick up of a vehicle is very unorganized and seems as if no one wants to greet any gas as they taking care of the clients needs. Both to drop off and to pick up vehicles stood there for 5 to 10 minutes unrecognized. No signage, pointing to where to go to pick up vehicle just to be told to go to the cashier. Other dealerships seem way more organized. More

I had my car at Jeep for almost a week and called twice to have them do an oil change while it was there. I never received a call back and had to schedule an oil change for another day after already not ha to have them do an oil change while it was there. I never received a call back and had to schedule an oil change for another day after already not having my car for a month. The whole situation was just inconvenient and could have been avoided. Also I have previously had an experience when my car was supposed to have a tire rotation and they said it had been done but the tires were all in the same position when I picked it up as my husband had marked them prior to dropping them off. And again I had to make a separate appointment to bring my vehicle back in. More
11-7-2023 On 11-3-2023 I had a 7:30 appointment at Phillip’s. The service person Hose said 2 hrs. so they took me home. I called at 12 noon the service person said he would check on the status and cal Phillip’s. The service person Hose said 2 hrs. so they took me home. I called at 12 noon the service person said he would check on the status and call back, no call. At 2 pm I called again and demanded status. They said they didn’t have the part for a Gas cap light on the dash display. They called a few minutes later and said the vehicle was ready and would send the driver to pick me up. I got there at 3 pm. I only have this one vehicle so I could not go and do what I had to. To me that is terrible service. Why did take 7 hrs. to change oil and diagnose a problem? More
