Service is always Great when I bring my vehicle in. One suggestion that I would like to make is if to improve the Refreshment/Snack area in the customer lounge area. I sometimes have my vehicle serviced at the Chrysler Dealership in Fruitland Park and they have a Phenomenal Refreshment/Snack area for their customers and the Dealership staff. I needed a recall service done. The dealership two miles from home put us on a waiting list months ago and still don’t have the part. They got the part and got me in for the service in LESS THAN ONE WEEK! Also did an oil change on my diesel gladiator for about $100 LESS than the dealer nearer to home. I will make the drive for anything I need from the dealership without a second thought. Thank you! More

Salesman was great! He answered all questions, made paperwork as painless as possible. My only problem was we made it very clear that we needed our handicapped tag. We He answered all questions, made paperwork as painless as possible. My only problem was we made it very clear that we needed our handicapped tag. We were told that we had it too long and they couldn't put it on the new car. I was told to take it to DMV and they would exchange it. DMV said that would take 30-45 days depending on how long it took the dealership to complete their paperwork. Since the old tag didn't expired until the end of May she said the could have put it on the car! We also still need a 2nd key, apparently they only do these on Mondays. The person was already gone even though it was Monday. With our medical appointments it will be at least two weeks until we can get back there. More
