I just move here to ocala and only go to the Dodge dealer for my car. I been to the ocala dealer 3 times and haid to wait over 6 hours for a oil change. 6 hours to replace 1 tire. Its sucks there. Was happy how quickly I got an appointment and how fast they got my oil changed. I was very disappointed in the response to a concern I had, the guy said he never heard of the issue I was having but never they got my oil changed.
