I made an appointment for 730 AM. My vehicle was still waiting at 815. I made a complaint to an advisor and he plainly stated there must be people ahead of me. I was going to leave at 830 but a different advisor asked if I had been taken care. And I told him no. He apologized and got my truck in at 845. The service center has no attention to detail. I'll most likely never go back for service or a new vehicle. More

Derek definitely needs a raise or a new position like service manager in the future. Has a ton of knowledge definitely, recommend him for all your service needs.
