Brian was nice, but I felt like I was mislead. He claimed several times that the car was all wheel drive. When we we negotiating I showed him similar cars with slightly lower price. He said had to compare apples to apples that it's all.wheel drive. After deal was done and we were getting insurance found out it was not. He gave us some free oil changes as compensation. Since my husbands death it has become my responsibility to attend to my vehicles regular maintenance I feel so comfortable when I’m there asking questions snd so very confident that any issues concern to attend to my vehicles regular maintenance I feel so comfortable when I’m there asking questions snd so very confident that any issues concerning the Jeep are being addressed… Everyone is so very courteous and most professional… Although the drive up there for me is approximately 40 minutes I will continue to have Phillips/Ocala preform maintenance on the Jeep More

I like the car and the way everything was handled by your sales representative.. Unfortunately after receiving and inspecting the car thoroughly, I was disappointed with the condition. Tint on back and passe sales representative.. Unfortunately after receiving and inspecting the car thoroughly, I was disappointed with the condition. Tint on back and passenger windows were damaged, infotainment in console and gear shift trim damaged. front end lower grill cracked,scratches on doors and driver rear view mirror scratch marks. I am in the process of repairing this problems which will cost me a few hundred dollars to repair. I believe this was a certified used car. In my opinion all these issues should have been addressed prior to sale. More
