I have only had my 2015 Jeep Grand Cherokee serviced twice. First time was for a radiator replacement and second time was for tire replacement and oil change. Worked with service advisor Arron Lawson on twice. First time was for a radiator replacement and second time was for tire replacement and oil change. Worked with service advisor Arron Lawson on the first and Jeff Smith on the second. Both advisors were responsive and kept me informed on the status of the vehicle. All work performed to my satisfaction. More

VERY POOR COMMUNICATION! I HAVE A 2013 TOWN AND CONTRY AND WAS TOLD NUMBERS OF TIME I HAD A OLD VECHILE TO ME THAT WAS VERY DISRESPECTFUL WITH ONLY 110 THOUSAND MILES. AARON I HAVE A 2013 TOWN AND CONTRY AND WAS TOLD NUMBERS OF TIME I HAD A OLD VECHILE TO ME THAT WAS VERY DISRESPECTFUL WITH ONLY 110 THOUSAND MILES. AARON WAS THE GUY TALKING WITH US WE SPEND ALMOST $1600 DOLLARS THE FIRST WEEK FOR A FUEL PUMP WHICH THE CAR DIDNT NEED DROVE IT HOME AND STILL HAD THE SAME PROBLEM THAT WE TOOK IT IN FOR. TOOK IT BACK THE NEXT DAY AND HE SAID WE NEED A FUEL PUMP RELAY GOING TO COST ME 17OO.OO TOLD ME THE PART WOULD BE IN A COUPLE DAYS .I CALL LEFT A MESSAGE HE NEVER RETURN MY CALL. MY HUSBAND CALL FINALLY TALK WITH AARON HE SAID COULDN'T GET PART TILL APRIL 28TH BUT NEVER CALL ME TO LET ME KNOW WHAT WAS GOING ON. SO I WENT AND PICK MY CAR UP. THE WORSE SERVICE I HAVE EVER EXPERIENCED WITH SERVICE DEPARTMENT. WILL NEVER USE THIS DEALERSHIP! More
